  • Once an item is sold out, restocks are not guaranteed

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

 

 

3. Orders & payments

 

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

  • In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded if applicable

 

 

4. Shipping

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier

  • Art Noire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers

 

 

5. Returns & exchanges

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Return & Exchange Policy:

 

  • No refunds

  • Exchanges only (size or defect)

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

 

 

6. Lost or delayed packages

 

  • Art Noire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

  • If an issue occurs, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier where possible

 

 

7. Intellectual property

 

All designs, images, logos, and content are the property of Art Noire and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

 

8. Liability

 

Art Noire is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of our products or website, except where required by law.
