Art Noire works with limited drops and small production runs. Because of this, we apply the following return and exchange conditions.

We do not offer refunds.

We do offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges
  • Defective or damaged items

 

Exchange conditions

 

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition with tags attachedItems must be:
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability

 

Return shipping

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

Defective or incorrect items

 

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will replace the item or offer an appropriate solution.


 

Non-returnable items

 

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items with visible damage caused by use
  • Items returned without prior contact
  • Items that are not in original condition
